If you are reading this page, someone counted you among the most trusted people in their life. They sealed their voice for the people they love, and they asked you to make sure it arrives. That day may be near now, or it may simply be on your mind. Either way — take a breath. You do not have to figure anything out alone. From your first message to the final delivery, a human being walks every step with you.

If timing matters — a funeral within a day or two, a family gathered and waiting — say so in your first message. There is a faster path for exactly that, and we will walk it with you.
Not an automated system. A human being who knows what this Chronicle is and what your role means. On that call, we will confirm who you are, answer your questions, and explain the road ahead in plain language.
From there, the process is deliberate on purpose. The Author is notified through every contact we have for them, and a waiting period passes — a safeguard that protects every Chronicle from mistakes and protects you from ever carrying this responsibility alone. A second trusted voice confirms alongside yours. No Chronicle is ever released on one person's word — not even yours. That is not doubt. That is the promise the Author paid for, working exactly as they wanted.
Then the delivery: each person the Author named receives their own private link to hear what was left for them — and a sealed keepsake follows to the family, carrying every recording, made to outlast any of us.
You will never hear the recordings — only the people they were made for can. You will never choose who receives what — the Author decided that, and their decisions are final. You will never handle the technology, the files, or the logistics — that is our work. Your role is the one only you can do: you are the trusted voice that says it's time. We do the rest.
